How it works

2. Written scope, specs and a stage-wise payment schedule.
3. Weekly photo and video reports; live video call on request.
4. Material checks: steel grade, cement, bricks recorded with photos and receipts.
5. Stage sign-off before the next payment: foundation, structure, roof, MEP, finishing.

Time zones

Updates are sent so owners in the UK, Gulf, North America and Australia can review them at a convenient hour.
