What to ask for

• Weekly dated photos and a short walkthrough video.
• Live video calls at key stages: excavation, foundation, each slab pour, before plaster and before handover.
• Photos of steel before every concrete pour, with bar sizes visible.
• Material receipts and a monthly statement of money received and spent.

Link payments to stages
