A complete drawing set

• Architectural floor plans for every storey, with dimensions.
• Front elevation and sections.
• Structural drawings: foundation, columns, beams, slabs and steel details.
• Electrical layout: points, DB, circuits and cable sizes.
• Plumbing and drainage: supply, hot water, sewer and rainwater lines.

Two styles

Before you finalise

• Check coverage, setbacks and height rules of your scheme (LDA, DHA, Bahria). See map approval.
• Plan solar, water tank and AC positions on the drawing, not later.
